Following Sony’s recent 2017 PlayStation 4 exclusives video, which said Persona 5 was a “PS4 console exclusive,” Atlus USA PR Manager John Hardin clarified that both Persona 5 and Yakuza 0 will only be available on PlayStation:
Persona 5 platforms: PS3, PS4.
Yakuza 0 platforms: PS4.THAT’S. IT.
No Switch. No PC. Idk about the box label, that’s a Sony thing. pic.twitter.com/8R3Qj36deA

As for the box label Hardin mentions, Yakuza 0’s box art (see it on Amazon) says it’s a “PS4 Console Exclusive Game,” leading to the speculation of it possibly appearing on other platforms like PC or Nintendo Switch.
Hardin also revealed that Yakuza 0 review copies have been sent out, the review embargo lifts on January 19 at 9am PT/12pm ET, there won’t be a demo, and the PlayStation Vita companion app isn’t coming West. Additionally, he said reviews for Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone will begin appearing on January 9.
Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone releases on January 10 for PS4, Yakuza 0 releases on January 24 for PS4, and Persona 5 releases on April 4 for PS4 and PS3.
