Some of the most popular Rock Band songs are joining the game’s DLC catalog. Songs that were previously on past games, like “Carry On Wayward Son” by Kansas, will be coming to the game’s digital store. This is all part of celebrating the series’ 10 year anniversary, and mark the first time that players are able to buy such beloved tracks à la carte.
Here’s the full list of January DLC for Rock Band 4:

- Lady Gaga – “The Edge of Glory”
- Megadeth – “Trust”
- OMI – “Cheerleader (Felix Jaehn Remix)”
- Slipknot – “Dead Memories”
- Toto – “Hold the Line”

You may have noticed that some tracks in the list above are from previous Rock Band disc setlists. Another fun fact is that 2017 marks the tenth anniversary of the Rock Band series! As part of our year-long celebration forRock Band’s tenth anniversary, we’ll be making some of the series’ most popular on-disc tracks available for purchase as DLC in the near future. This month, you’ll see Blue Öyster Cult’s “(Don’t Fear) The Reaper” from the Rock Band that started it all. DLC will also feature Kansas’ “Carry On Wayward Son” from Rock Band 2, and “Swing, Swing” by The All-American Rejects from the LEGO: Rock Bandsetlist. Stay tuned for more of your favorites coming to the DLC Library in the coming months.
Rock Band 4 is available now on PlayStation 4. An expansion for the popular rhythm game, called Rivals, recently released in October. The premium DLC added a playable rock documentary, and a competitive rivals mode.
