Shadow Warrior 2 hit PC last year on October 13, but the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions were delayed to early 2017. Now, developer Flying Wild Hog is hoping to release it in April or May.
“Shadow Warrior 2 development for PS4 and XB1 is still cranking and we hope to have both approved and released in April or May! More soon!” they wrote on Twitter.
Last month, the PC version of Shadow Warrior 2 received The Way of the Wang DLC as a free update. Here’s the description:
Shadow Warrior 2’s The Way of the Wang DLC opens up a new area within the game’s hub town, presenting seven special trials for Lo Wang to unlock and overcome. Players will be able to earn new crafting abilities, weapon gem slots, and base weapon stat upgrades upon completing each new trial with the new Fist of Gozu battle axe awaiting those warriors that complete all of the trials. The DLC also includes three new tiers for Insane difficulty and five new achievements to unlock in the campaign.
It remains to be seen if The Way of the Wang will be included with Shadow Warrior 2 when it launches on PS4 and Xbox One.
