Nioh Review Embargo Lifts This Week, Download Size Revealed

Review aggregator Open Critic has revealed that the Nioh review embargo will lift on Thursday, February 2 at 12am PT/3am ET. Nioh will then launch on February 7 in North America and February 8 in Europe for PlayStation 4.

With review copies having already gone out to media, it was revealed that the digital download size for Nioh is 39.3GB, and you need to have just under 12GB downloaded to start the game. It remains to be seen if there will be a day one update.

If you pre-ordered Nioh, pre-loading should begin a couple of days before launch. According to the North American PlayStation Store, it will unlock at 12am ET on February 7.

Shortly after Nioh launches, Team Ninja will release three large pieces of DLC that include new enemies and new quests.
