EA Will “Showcase the Latest on Their Star Wars Projects” in April at Star Wars Celebration Orlando

Electronic Arts will be at Star Wars Celebration Orlando to showcase the latest on their Star Wars projects, StarWars.com revealed today. The event runs from April 13 to 16 at the Orange County Convention Center.

“EA, creators of Star Wars Battlefront, Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, and Star Wars: The Old Republic, will be in attendance to showcase the latest on their Star Wars projects,” the site says.

EA’s current Star Wars projects include Star Wars Battlefront 2 (holiday 2017), an action game from Visceral and Motive (2018), and a new game from Respawn Entertainment (date TBA).

At the Star Wars Celebration in 2015, Star Wars Battlefront’s release date was announced.

EA CFO Blake Jorgensen said earlier today that the upcoming Battlefront game will feature “a lot of new characters” that come from the newer Star Wars movies.
