Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker’s Memory Coming to PS4 and PS Vita

Bandai Namco has announced Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker’s Memory as the next entry in the Cyber Sleuth series. The latest issue of Japan’s V-Jump magazine unveiled some information (translation courtesy of NeoGAF and Gematsu), in which we learn that its set in the same world as the original

Featuring a new story “on the other side of Cyber Sleuth,” the game will include some systems from the original, like Digi-Farm, and will have more than 320 Digimon. The protagonist’s name is Amazawa Keisuke (we’re told this name might change) who’s been described as a young man framed in a criminal case that he has no knowledge of, resulting in him having to enter the hacker world.

The game’s characters will be designed by Suzuhito Yasuda.

Last but not least, Bandai Namco plans to bundle up the original Cyber Sleuth with the upcoming title.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker’s Memory is coming to PlayStation 4 and PS Vita in Japan this year. The previous title appeared in the West so there’s a chance this one might make its way here as well.
