The second and final DLC expansion for FromSoftware’s Dark Souls 3, The Ringed City, is only a few days away from release and publisher Bandai Namco has published a launch trailer for the DLC featuring several of the expansion’s new areas, enemies, bosses, and more.
The beginning of the trailer gives reference to the game’s first DLC expansion, Ashes of Ariandel, including visual and voice cameos of several of its characters, seemingly hinting that the storyline featured in the first DLC will be featured as well as concluded in The Ringed City.
We then get a sneak peek tour of game’s titular location as well as some of its gruesome enemies, bosses, and flashy weapons. Aside from the new area with new enemies, bosses, and weapons, The Ringed City will also introduce a whole set of new maps for PvP.
Dark Souls 3 The Ringed City will be officially released on March 28, 2017 for the PS4 and other platforms. The DLC will be priced at $14.99 while Season Pass holders will get it for free.
