Activision and Sledgehammer Games have officially confirmed that the next Call of Duty game will be set in World War II and will simply be called Call of Duty: WWII. The game’s box art was also revealed in an Amazon UK listing which led Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford to take to Twitter to compare the cover with that of his company’s 2008 title, Brothers in Arms: Hell’s Highway.

While both artworks are similar in that they both feature a close-up shot of a soldier striking a similar pose, there’s quite a number of differences between the two. What do you think?
An official worldwide reveal livestream for the game has been scheduled for April 26 at 10am PT/1PM ET where we’ll definitely find out more about the series’ return to its roots.
