Earlier in April, Platinum Games and Square Enix announced that NieR: Automata has sold more than one million copies worldwide, which includes physical copies shipped and digital copies sold. This weekend, both companies celebrated crossing the 500,000 sales milestone on PlayStation 4 in Japan and Asia alone.

It makes me truly happy to see it surpass 500,000 in Japan & Asia for PS4 alone. Thank you very much.
