Japanese Sales Chart: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Helps Switch Sales Rise

Last week was another big one for Nintendo, with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe opening in 1st place and selling more than 280,000 copies. This helped Nintendo Switch sales rise to over 74,000.

Although PlayStation 4 sales rose week-over-week, and it was the 2nd best-selling system, Dark Souls 3: The Fire Fades Edition was the only PS4 game in the top 10. It sold 10,400 copies and brought its two-week total to over 42,000.

According to Famitsu, here’s the 20 best-selling retail games, along with how each system sold in Japan from April 24 to 30, 2017:
