Team-Based Multiplayer Shooter Dead Alliance Releases on August 29

A team-based multiplayer first-person shooter with zombies, Dead Alliance releases on August 29 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, Maximum Games announced today. It’s priced at $39.99 USD/£29.99 and the Rapid Dominance Day One Edition includes three bonus loadouts featuring unique weapons and perks for use in multiplayer.

Set in a post-apocalyptic world overrun with zombies, Dead Alliance features several single-player and 4v4 multiplayer modes, including Team Deathmatch, Free for All, King of the Hill, Capture and Hold, the MOBA-inspired Attrition mode, and a Solo Survival mode where you fight endless hordes of zombies. During combat, zombies can be strategically used as weapons to distract and kill the human enemies.

The description adds:

Dead Alliance lets players customize and upgrade their loadouts with an arsenal of high-powered, military-grade weapons and advanced zombie-controlling tech called zMods. Examples of zMods include the Enrager – a pheromone bomb that turns a single zombie into a soldier of superior strength and resistance on your side – and the PAM grenade, which puts four zombies to work for you, but does not increase their damage resistance. Use these and many more zMods available in the game to get the undead to join forces with you!
