When Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy launches at the end of the month for PlayStation 4, PS4 Pro owners will be able to play it 1440p/30 frames-per-second, developer Vicarious Visions has revealed.
In a recent interview with HipHopGamer, Game Director Dan Tanguay was asked about 4K/60fps support and replied, “This is enhanced for the PS4 Pro. It’s actually not true 4K. It’s 1440p still running at 30 frames a second.”
Tanguay didn’t provide specs for the base PS4 version, or say if there were additional graphics options on PS4 Pro.
Previously, Vicarious Visions and Activision said they “enhanced the graphics and upped the resolution” on PS4 Pro with this AAA remaster, and it was “built from the ground up for the PlayStation 4 with brand-new lighting, animations, environments and recreated cinematics – all in stunning “N. Hanced Fur-K” and PS4 Pro HD.”
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy releases on June 30.
