For the 7th time since launch in late June, Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy finished at #1 in the UK. This time around though, there were a couple of new releases to potentially challenge it, but Agents of Mayhem debuted in 4th and Cities: Skylines PlayStation 4 Edition opened in 20th (the Xbox One Edition placed outside the top 40 earlier this year).
Another big game last week, Sonic Mania, was a digital-only title, but SEGA told Games Industry that it would have won the week by ‘quite some margin’ if digital data was counted.
Here’s the top 20 best-selling games through retail stores in the UK for the week ending August 19, 2017, according to GfK Chart-Track:
- Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy (down 23%)
- Grand Theft Auto V (down 4%)
