Today, ZeniMax Online Studios announced that the upcoming DLC for The Elder Scrolls Online, titled The Clockwork City, will be releasing later this month for PC and Mac, and on November 7 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
For ESO Plus members, the DLC game pack is free, but for others it can be found in the in-game Crown Store for 2000 crowns. For 4000 crowns (~$35), the Clockwork City Collector’s Bundle is available, and includes the DLC game pack, a Clockwork Skeevaton pet, the Kagouti Fabrifcant mount, and Five Crown Experience Scrolls.
Players who want an early look at the DLC and its story can check out a prologue quest in the base of ESO. More on that below, courtesy of ZeniMax:
Prominent diviners, scholars, and planar archaeologists are being killed by their own shadows, and it’s up to you to investigate these deadly assaults. To get started, travel to any local Mages Guild headquarters in Tamriel and find the note on a nearby table titled “Order of the Eye Dispatch”. Read the note to receive the quest “Of Knives and Long Shadows” and begin your new adventure.
Once complete, you will have the “Clockwork Obscuros” memento permanently added to your Collections UI as a reward!
The Elder Scrolls Online is available now.
