Girls und Panzer: Dream Tank Match Lets You Relive the Movie Battles

Bandai Namco has published new gameplay information about Girls und Panzer: Dream Tank Match through the Japanese game news site 4Gamer. As the title suggests, this is a game based on the popular anime Girls und Panzer.

The main point introduced in this article is the Impression Battle Mode, which lets players relive the battles that occurred in the 2015 movie Girls und Panzer der Film. This mode will start with an adventure part where students of the Oarai Girls High School, including the main protagonist Miho Nishizumi, call other participants to reminisce the movie battles in order to make a summary video.

Players will get to experience battles that happened in the movie, such as the Battle on the Golf Course and the Battle of Oarai City. The battles can be played not only from the perspective of Miho & the Anglerfish team but also from other teams such as Erwin from Hippo Team, Darjeeling from St Gloriana, and Katyusha from Pravda.

Girls und Panzer: Dream Tank Match will be released for PlayStation 4 in Japan on February 22. Although there is no Western release of the game announced as of yet, there is an English version that will be released in the Southeast Asian countries of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines on February 27.
