Today, Clever Endeavour Games has announced that the party platformer Ultimate Chicken Horse will release for the PlayStation 4 next week, on December 12. The game, which has already been out on PC, will include a brand new Elephant character, Jungle temple, and Volcano levels to the PlayStation 4 launch. Eight more platforms and traps, and a brand new Challenge Mode are also debuting with the launch of the PS4 version, so this isn’t just a standard port.
For those unaware, Ultimate Chicken Horse is a party platformer where friends build the level as they play, allowing them to place deadly traps before trying to reach the end of the level. The point of the game is to make it to the end of the level by surviving the chaos before all of your friends.
As we noted earlier, the PS4 version of the game will debut with a ton of new content for the game, including a brand new Elephant character and a Challenge Mode, a game mode that allows players to build, save, and share custom platforming levels with their friends and the world. Players will also be able to find trending levels, categorize by them difficulty, or download and play on your friends levels.
