Check out the Dastardly LEGO DC Super-Villains Launch Trailer

It’s almost time to take over the LEGO DC universe! Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment just dropped the launch trailer for the upcoming LEGO DC Super-Villains, and it’s full of dastardly deeds.

Led by an all-star cast, LEGO DC Super-Villains stars your custom character (a LEGO game first), as a rookie villain in the DC Universe. When the Justice League vanishes, the DC villains decide to rise up and cause some mischief.

Unfortunately, the League’s absence is filled by the Justice Syndicate, a tyrannical group of doppelgangers from another Earth. Faced with a threat more evil than themselves, a Lex Luthor-led group of villains must rise up and become heroes (or at least, be as heroic as possible for them). Darkseid is forming his own diabolical plan this whole time as well. While the LEGO games follow a tried-and-true formula, LEGO DC Super-Villains really seems to be shaking things up, perhaps for the better.

LEGO DC Super-Villains launches on October 16, 2018. If that’s not enough DC villainy in your life, the season pass will come with much more comic goodness. It will include content from some of DC’s most popular movies and television shows, including Aquaman and Young Justice.
