Override: Mech City Brawl tosses us into the action in its over-the-top features trailer, complete with a sportscaster style voice over. This video shows exactly what people might be able to expect after grabbing the game and heading into the ring.
Take a look at the different ways you can battle it out with these mechs.
Each limb on your Override: Mech City Brawl mech can be controlled independently, which creates some interesting multiplayer opportunities, allowing you to have up to four people piloting a single mech. Kicking and punching at the same time does increased damage and stringing together combos is the most effective way to make your way to victory.
Every mech has its own special set of moves such as “flaming uppercuts, teleportation, and projectiles.” If your back is against the wall, you have an ultimate at your disposal. Fighting allows you to unlock rare, epic, and legendary skins plus some accessories to make your mech unique. More competitive players can play 1 v 1 ranked mode online. Those looking for a more lighthearted experience can turn to standard free for all play, online or locally. You can even compete as a team.
Those who crave individual experiences can take solace in the game’s single-player campaign which includes facing other mechs and defending earth from hoards of alien invaders.
Override: Mech City Brawl releases on December 4, 2018 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
