Social Deduction Game ‘First Class Trouble’ Will Scratch Your Among Us Itch on the PS5 and PS4

Developer Invisible Walls ApS and publisher Versus Evil have announced that their social deduction game, First Class Trouble, will release on the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. While a release date has not been announced, First Class Trouble‘s PS5 and PS4 release will coincide with its exit from Steam Early Access, where it has garnered positive reviews since going live in April.

In First Class Trouble, players’ goal is to shut down the Central Artificial Intelligence Network aboard a luxurious intergalactic cruise ship called ISS Alithea before the network’s “loyal Personoids” take control of the ship. You’ll play as either a Resident or a Personoid. The roles are described as follows:

  • Resident Gameplay – Collect information about the passengers and deduce who you can trust and who to avoid. Collaborate with your fellow residents to eliminate the suspected Personoids before engaging in the shutdown of CAIN.
  • Personoid Gameplay – Lie, disrupt and deceive your way through the ship among the residents to either reach CAIN and unleash its full potential or kill off the remaining residents to secure control of the vessel. Use your unique skills to communicate and navigate the ship in the shadows and kill off residents when they pose a threat to your identity.

First Class Trouble will support cross-play between PS5, PS4, and PC. The console versions will include all the updates released on PC, including Botanical Garden and Personoid Quarters, as well as cosmetic DLC to customize characters with.

“We’re excited to be able to announce that First Class Trouble is coming to PlayStation for console fans to enjoy,” Versus Evil said in a press release. “This is another great example of a game that can create unpredictable and highly entertaining gameplay, ensuring players can roleplay and create their own experiences with friends, often with hilarious results.”

We’ll update our readers when a release date is announced. In the meantime, check out a trailer below.
