Assassin's Creed Valhalla Update 1.12

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Update 1.5.2 Adds Customizable Loadouts, Armory, and More

The sizable Assassin’s Creed Valhalla update 1.5.2 will be adding a feature that players have been clamoring for since the game’s release: customizable loadouts. Arriving tomorrow at 4am PST, May 24, the patch will allow you to swap gear through the new Armory building and will bring new rewards to River Raids.

Once you have finished upgrading your home base at Ravensthorpe to Level 3, you’ll have the opportunity to complete the construction of the Armory. To do so, you’ll need foreign cargo that can be earned in River Raids. While the Armory only starts with two slots for different loadouts, the building can be further upgraded four additional times, expanding the total slots to five slots. (I guess one of the upgrades does something else.)

The Armory will also serve as a display for all the equipment you’ve obtained throughout the game, allowing you to label your loadouts on the fly. When you’re out exploring in the open world, you can switch between these options by going to the inventory screen.

River Raids have received bolstered rewards too, providing more weapons and customizable options for Eivor. This should make it easier for players to haul in resources with every raid.

As expected, Update 1.5.2 improves performance and repairs numerous bugs, particularly the Finding Fritjof quest where sometimes Tyra won’t move, gets stuck, or is missing altogether. For combat, players should be able to block heavy attacks from Giant Ravens using their shield now and will receive a Mastery Point for reaching Power Level 200.

Whereas the console patch to the Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles is 7.8 GB, the PlayStation 5 update is only 1.8 GB thanks to data compression.

In other news, Neve Campbell has joined the cast of the Twisted Metal TV Show on Peacock streaming service, and a full list of PS Plus games has been revealed that includes classics like Bioshock and Jak & Daxter.
