The Xbox Bethesda showcase announcements yesterday featured a number of multiplatform games. From Team NINJA’s Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty to Flintlock: the Siege of Dawn, a number of the games that appeared in the show are headed to the PS5 and PS4 as well. We’ve compiled a list of all the PlayStation-relevant announcements for our readers below.
Xbox Bethesda Showcase 2022 games headed to PS4, PS5
- Team NINJA announced Three Kingdoms thriller Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. It’ll release in early 2023 for the PS4 and PS5.
- A Plague Tale: Requiem is still on track for 2022 but a release date wasn’t announced.
- Overwatch 2 multiplayer is indeed going free-to-play and it’ll release in early access on October 4, 2022.
- The Elder Scrolls Online: High Isle expansion will release on June 21.
- Fallout 3 classic The Pitt is headed to Fallout 76 this September.
- Flintlock: the Siege of Dawn, a third-person action RPG, will release in early 2023.
- Action strategy game Minecraft Legends will release on PS4 and PS5.
- No, Diablo IV isn’t ditching the PS4 and Xbox One. It’s adding PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions.
- Persona 5 Royal, Persona 4 Golden, and Persona 3 Portable are also headed to the PS5. There was some confusion about this yesterday.
- Hideo Kojima and Xbox are indeed teaming up for a game but still no word on what Overdose is.
- Despite originally being revealed for the PS5, Naraka: Bladepoint is currently only dated for Xbox.
It was a pretty good showcase for Game Pass subscribers overall and one that showcased the service’s incredible value. All eyes on the new PS Plus now, which launches in North America today!
