It’s time for September 2024’s PlayStation State of Play, and we’re hosting the livestream right here for our readers. The event will kick off at 3 p.m. PT / 6 p.m. ET / 11 p.m. BT, and will last over 30 minutes. More than 20 PS5 and PSVR 2 games from various global studios will be showcased.

Yesterday, we outlined what players can expect from this month’s State of Play. As always, don’t expect any bombshells as these events are mostly focused on showcasing games that have already been announced.
We’ve seen reports that today’s State of Play won’t feature any first-party games. However, we expect Sony to showcase Lego Horizon Adventures and Until Dawn remake, at the very least. Among third-party games, we expect to see a new trailer for Silent Hill 2 remake.
Later this week, Sony will at the Tokyo Game Show 2024, where we’ll get an update on Death Stranding 2.
