September 2024’s PlayStation State of Play was broadcast last night, and for those who missed it, we’ve rounded up all the news and announcements here. Sony ended up surprising fans with some shadow drops and the announcement of Ghost of Tsushima follow-up, Ghost of Yotei. Without further ado, here’s what we saw.

- PS5 Pro got a game lineup sizzle reel, giving players a glimpse of what’s coming
- New PS5 console covers and controllers, the Chroma Collection, were revealed
- Fortnite is getting a limited edition PS5 DualSense controller, and it looks good!

- PS Plus Essential October 2024 monthly games lineup includes Dead Space, WWE 2K24, and Doki Doki Literature Club Plus
- PS Plus Premium will expand its classics lineup with Dino Crisis and Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain later this year
- PS Plus Extra and Premium members are getting a new first-party game on September 26: The Last of Us Part I
