Black Myth: Wukong in the top 5 most downloaded PS5 games
In a recent PlayStation Blog post, the top downloaded PS5 games for US/Canada and Europe were revealed. Although Black Myth: Wukong dropped a few ranks down from August, it still remains in the top five most downloaded PS5 games. Here is the full list for both US/Canada and Europe:

Black Myth: Wukong’s fall to fifth looks to be due to September’s new releases. NBA 2K25, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, EA Sports FC 25, and Astro Bot all released in September. Of course, this wouldn’t be a top downloaded games list without Grand Theft Auto V, which is still in the top 10 years after its release.
Black Myth: Wukong has done well since its August launch. The game has sold over 18 million copies despite the controversy surrounding the studio. DLC for the action RPG is planned, with a rumored early 2025 release window.
