An upcoming PS5 console exclusive action RPG, funded by PlayStation’s China Hero Project initiative, will receive a free demo via the PS Store today. Players can try AI Limit, which is scheduled for a 2024 release on the PS5 and PC, for one week.

A dedicated page for AI Limit’s demo is already live on the PS Store but the trial period will kick off at 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET today. Players can check out the game’s entire first level, “Sewer Town Southwest,” which takes about two hours to complete, per developer Sense Games and publisher CE-Asia.
Those who beat the level will be rewarded with a secret level that features a new boss and a new combat system. The demo itself will give players a taste of the gameplay, and will have them battling various types of enemies including bosses.
AI Limit was first announced in 2019, and was one of seven games Sony picked up for PlayStation China Hero Project that year.
“In the distant future when civilization is on the verge of extinction, people follow the legend of the Elysium in the last city, Havenswell,” reads an official synopsis. “In this post-apocalyptic wasteland sci-fi ARPG, you will play as Arrisa, a Blader with immortality, and explore the city ruin to find the hope of a new life.”
A release date for AI Limit has yet to be announced.
