Today is a special day for PlayStation players. The PS5 Pro launched bringing the best console gaming experience to living rooms around the world. Over 50 games implemented updates that enhance both performance and visuals thanks to its improved GPU, and PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution (PSSR). Early adopters of the new consoles may want to check the PlayStation Store as several PS5 Pro enhanced titles are currently discounted.
Several PS5 Pro enhanced games are on sale on the console’s launch day
The PlayStation Store is currently running a November Savings promotion featuring hundreds of deals. Between now and November 22, 2024, players can save up to 75% on some pretty solid games. Some of these discounts apply to games that are currently or will eventually have PS5 Pro enhancements. Here are the discounted PS5 Pro enhanced games, and their sale price:
- Assassin’s Creed Mirage & Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Bundle – $32.99
- The Callisto Protocol – $20.99
- Dragon’s Dogma 2 – $39.89
- Resident Evil 4 Gold Edition – $29.99
- Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown – $59.99 (Silver Streets Edition), $62.99 (Gold Edition)
- UFC 5 Ultimate Edition – $49.99
PS5 Pro players can enjoy enhancements for four of these games right now. Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Dragon’s Dogma 2, Resident Evil 4, and Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown all have updates utilizing the new hardware. UFC 5 and The Callisto Protocol are confirmed to have enhancements, but will be implemented at a later date.
Resident Evil 4, specifically, is an incredible way to experience one of the most beloved video games of all time. It was received very well critically, earning a 93 on Metacritic. It even got a rare “generally favorable” user score of 8.8.
