Shortly after Sony dispatched emails announcing that PlayStation Wrap-Up 2024 is live, the webpage was taken down due to technical issues. We’ve become accustomed to Sony’s online services and features launching with a plethora of glitches, but this one took the cake because it didn’t really work to begin with, and has been down pretty much all night.
When will PlayStation Wrap-Up 2024 go live again?
We’re still getting the “We’ll be back soon” message pictured above at the time of this writing. Last year’s Wrap-Up also launched with technical issues but it took Sony only a few hours to iron out the kinks at the time. Yesterday, I mentioned that I expect a similar ETA for a fix this year, but Sony surpassed my expectations.
2024’s PlayStation Wrap-Up did work briefly, but it took several tries to get through the login page and then several additional page refreshes for the stats to load. Those who did manage to get through were surprised with some interesting stats to celebrate PlayStation’s 30th anniversary. We won’t spoil those for you, but players will see some tidbits of lifetime information starting with the day they first became PSN members.
We’ll update our readers when PlayStation Wrap-Up 2024 is live again.
