Worlds of Hurt – Rescuer (Bronze) – Rescued the Little Sister in “Worlds of Hurt”

– Make it through all 8 challenges on any difficulty to unlock this trophy.  Take your time here as time does not matter.  I would also suggest going for Worlds of Hurt – Tough Guy on your first run, but that needs to be on Medium.

Worlds of Hurt – Expert (Bronze) – Rescued the Little Sister in “Worlds of Hurt” in under 15:00, on Medium or higher difficulty

– Set difficulty to Medium and rush through all 8 challenges with guns blazing.  This should be no problem if you make sure to save a lot.  You don’t really have to worry about research too much unless there are certain tonics that you really want, or you are just getting your butt handed to you by a Big Daddy.

Worlds of Hurt – Collector (Bronze) – Found all collectable Roses in “Worlds of Hurt”

– Each of the 8 challenge rooms will have a Rose.  They are all hidden pretty decently.  You can always go back to a room that you have beaten so don’t worry about this one too much until you unlock the other trophies for Worlds of Hurt.

Worlds of Hurt – Tough Guy (Silver) – Rescued the Little Sister in “Worlds of Hurt” using only plasmids, tonics, the wrench, and the research camera, on Medium or higher difficulty

– This can be a little tough…until you research everything to the fullest.  You can do ALL of your research from above the enemies while you are walking on the glass.  If you leave the room and re-enter, the room resets so that you get to research again.  Useful Plasmids are Enrage, Security Bullseye, and Inferno 2.  The Tonics that you will want to have equipped for maximum wrench damage/research are as follows:

Physical –

  • SportsBoost 2
  • SportsBoost
  • Medical Expert 2
  • Natural Camouflage

Engineering –

  • Does not really matter.  You should not need to hack, as you will have enough money.

Combat –

  • Static Discharge 2(When Fighting)/Photographer’s Eye 2(When Researching)
  • Damage Research
  • Wrench Jockey(When Fighting)/Photographer’s Eye(When Researching)
  • Wrench Jockey  2

I found the easiest order after the first 2 rooms is clockwise from the very first room.  You should be able to have all these tonics by the time you get to the Houdini Splicers.  There really isn’t much more advice I can give, other than make sure you save a lot.  Good Luck!
