Capcom has revealed not one, not two, but six different characters for their upcoming crossover fighter, Street Fighter X Tekken. They’ve also released new videos, screenshots, and artwork for the game.
Capcom has announced that Balrog, Juri, and Vega will be joining from the Street Fighter universe and that Paul, Law, and Xiaoyu will be joining from Namco’s Tekken universe.
Capcom has also released some videos for SFXT. The first shows a number of characters in action: Rufus, Zangief, Julia, Asuka, Lili, Chun-Li, Vega, Balrog, Yoshimitsu, Raven, Sagat, Law, Paul Phoenix, Dhalsim, Juri, Xiaoyu, Kazuya, and Ryu. The first part of trailer closes by teasing that new challengers await and then shows some footage of the Vita version. Cole from inFamous and Toro and Kuro (mascots for Sony in Japan) are shown fighting. The very end of the trailer shows silhouettes of two characters.

The “Cinematic Episode” trailer released shows Jin Kazama being confronted and fought by M. Bison. Xiaoyu tries to come to his rescue, but she’s intercepted by Juri, who is working with M. Bison. The two do battle over the course of the trailer. The trailer concludes with M. Bison trying to throw Jin out of a window, only for the glass to stop cracking and turn into wings for Jin, who promises to teach M. Bison fear. Street Fighter X Tekken will be released for PS3 and Xbox 360 on March 6th in North America and March 9th in Europe. More details on the PS Vita and PC versions will be coming in the future.
