Over the weekend, the PS Blog put up a listing for Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception Multiplayer (Free to Play), but it was quickly removed by them. Luckily, I was able to take a picture of it with my phone:
Naughty Dog had previously teased on their website that “something new” would be coming to Uncharted 3’s multiplayer. Thanks to this early leak, it seems like we now know what that is, though it remains to be seen just how they’ll monetize the online portion of Uncharted 3.
Patch 1.17 for the game is also going to show up this week, and with the PlayStation Store updating tomorrow, there’s a good chance we’ll see both the multiplayer and patch on the 26th. Whatever the case, we’ll be sure to let you know when this is fully confirmed and exactly what the details are when Naughty Dog and Sony fully confirm this.
