Respawn Entertainment has confirmed that they will be at E3 2013, most likely to show off their first game.
Comprised of ex-Infinity Ward staff and Call of Duty creators Jason West and Vince Zampella after a vicious split from Activision, Respawn has been hard at work on a new game ever since they partnered with EA in 2010. Sadly, little has been revealed, other than the odd blurry pic, and that it will be “a sci-fi shooter“.
All may finally end up being revealed at E3 2013, as Respawn co-founder Vince Zampella has said on Twitter:
I’ve gotten a ‘few’ questions about @E3expo plans this year. Yes, we will finally be at E3!
I have no intention of showing up empty handed. I can’t say anything else right now.
E3 2013 runs from June 11th to 13th and PSLS will be there in force, reporting live on any game announcements.
