Naughty Dog Lead Artist Says he “Can’t Prepare you” for the Best Multiplayer “Ever Conceived” in The Last of Us

It’s definitely a little weird that we’re under a month away from the launch of The Last of Us and have yet to hear a single thing about what we can expect from the multiplayer component.

While this isn’t any type of information that tells us what we can expect in the online portion of the game, Nate Wells, Lead Artist at Naughty Dog, let out these two tweets recently (with the first re-tweeted by Neil Druckmann, Creative Director at Naughty Dog):

I wish I could appropriately prepare you people for #thelastofus…But even if I were allowed to, I can’t 🙂

And I REALLY can’t prepare you for the best MP ever conceived….

Of course, this is a developer hyping their own game, so we’ll just have to wait and see if The Last of Us’ multiplayer lives up to expectations on June 14th. We do know, however, that the singleplayer is probably going to be awesome.

Do you think Naughty Dog can deliver the best multiplayer ever conceived with The Last of Us? Let us know in the comments below.
