While the PlayStation Vita is likely enjoying its highest sales of the year in North America and Europe thanks to the price drop, the Vita in Japan didn’t do very well, managing to sell just 8,400 units (PSP was at 6,218).
Things are much better for the PS3 though, which surged to over 20,000 units sold, thanks to both JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Stars Battle and Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn debuting very strongly for the system.
