It looks like the time of us having to wait for Square Enix to announce some sort of release date for the Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster is coming to an end very soon as Japanese magazine V Jump is reportedly listing a date of December 19th. Also in the magazine, they reveal the prices as ¥7980 for the PS3 version (it’s $39.99 in North America) and the Vita versions at ¥4480 each (meaning that Square Enix might release them separately in other territories on Vita at a discounted price in stores).
With TGS happening very soon, we’ll let you know if Square Enix confirms this release date in Japan, as well as if they detail a release date for the Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster outside of Japan.
