Along with PSN connection and hardware problems, the PS4 also had some issues when it came to the Library (in the PlayStation Store), Live Area details, and What’s New sections shortly after launch. Thanks to an update from Ask PlayStation, they have revealed that these issues have now been resolved. So, if you had any trouble with them over the weekend, give them a shot now.
For those of us in Canada, it was also confirmed that issues surrounding the redemption of PlayStation Plus codes or the Battlefield 4 voucher have been resolved.
