Shuhei on the PS4 Share Button Glitch: We’re Investigating, “Not Clear the Conditions it Happens”

When we posted about Sony not knowing the timing for 3D Blu-ray playback being added to the PS4 yesterday, we also let you know of how Sony is aware that some people have been experiencing issues with the PS4 Share button recording the wrong footage at times.

Giving us a tiny bit of insight into these Share button issues, Shuhei Yoshida confirmed that they are looking into it, while also saying, “Sorry, we are aware it happens to some people on some games, not clear the conditions it happens.” If they’re still in the replicating phase of fixing the issue, it could be a little bit of time before a proper fix is released, so stay tuned for more info.

For a little more Shuhei, after he said that it “sounds reasonable” to at least have the DualShock 4’s light bar dimmed when the PlayStation Camera is turned off (this seems to be yet another personal opinion of his about the light bar, not an official statement), he gave a funny answer when asked if working at Nintendo might happen if he ever left Sony:

I would not be clean enough for them.
