Over on Twitter, the official Watch Dogs account tweeted out: “Our data indicates surveillance has become more prominent in high-crime areas,” which included an image teasing that a New Jersey-themed expansion is on its way soon.
Answering a fan, the Twitter account verified that the content is coming this “fall,” presumably for all platforms the game is available.
While Watch Dogs has managed to be a blockbuster hit commercially for Ubisoft, it hasn’t fared as well critically, with our review mentioning, “The focus on setting up Watch Dogs as a new franchise will pay off in the years to come, but it does come at the main game’s expense.”
