Besides being able to call in the elusive Quiet for help in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, it has been revealed in a new gameplay video that Snake will also be able to call in his pet wolf to help him get out of sticky situations.
The wolf, named Diamond Dog, or DD for short, was found when he was just a puppy out in the woods. Snake takes him home, and the two apparently become the best of friends. They are so attached that when DD grows up into a full grown wolf, he sports an eye patch just like his buddy Snake. While it is a little goofy, it is definitely adorable.
MGSV will be releasing on a number of systems, including the PlayStation 4 and the PS3, sometime in 2015.
