Back in 2008, Level-5 announced that it was working on a turn-based horror RPG called Ushiro for the PlayStation Portable. It was cancelled not long after that, but it is apparently making a comeback in the form of a light novel.
Entitled Ushiro: The Displeased Death God, the novel will be based on the cancelled PSP title, and will be published by Kadokawa and Fields. Written by Riu Goto, the first volume of the novel will be published today, while the second volume will be coming out sometime in January 2015.
