A gameplay video for the upcoming horror game Until Dawn shows off the game’s decision making process, as well as offers some quick scares.
The video, which was shown at EGX London 2014, has commentary from XDev producers Garreg Hansen and Ray Khalastchi as they play through the terrifying game. Walking through a dark, basement-like area, characters Ashley and Chris are shown investigating spooky things and having long, character-building conversations.
The video ends by showing us how the decision making process works. Judging from the video, they will not be easy decisions to make, and we already know that many of these decisions will result in the death of a character. It is also known that once a character dies, then he or she is not coming back. There are no restarts, making the game all the more realistic and terrifying.
Until Dawn is scheduled to come out in 2015 for the PlayStation 4. What do you think of this gameplay video? Are you scared yet?
