Following two PC betas and a limited beta on consoles, Ubisoft has announced that The Crew on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC has been delayed from November 11 to December 2.
With Ubisoft saying the reason for the delay is because “the teams at Ivory Tower and Ubisoft Reflections are listening to all of you,” Creative Director Julian Gerighty added:
We received a lot of valuable information from the recent PC and console betas. We are now scrutinizing all of the player feedback so we can ensure that The Crew delivers the seamless open-world experience that meets everyone’s high expectations.
Because of the betas and feedback received so far, Ubisoft’s updates to the game include an option to fully remove the HUD, fine-tuning the collisions to be even more realistic, adding new visual effects, adjustments to the difficulty, and better voice chat integration.
Ubisoft also announced that a second closed console beta is planned for November, giving you the chance to “help shape the game.”
Do you think delaying The Crew is a smart idea?
