Yesterday, quite a few people took to Twitter with copies of emails from online retailer Amazon, stating that their Mighty No. 9 Signature Editions have been cancelled due to non-availability. The issue affected all platforms, and recipients of the email included people who had pre-ordered the Signature Edition. If you’ve received the email as well, you can relax now as Amazon has confirmed that pre-orders are safe. The retailer wrote on Twitter:
Customers that pre-ordered Mighty No. 9 Signature Edition will recieve an email from us soon. Your game IS still reserved.
Deep Silver was also quick to snap into action, stating that the company is communicating with Amazon to get to the bottom of this.
Mighty No. 9 Signature Edition comes with a copy of the game, an individually numbered 6.5 inch statue of Beck featuring 14 different articulation points and three interchangeable faceplates for the statue, and a foil signature from Keiji Inafune. The game will initially release on September 15, 2015.
