Two of the biggest PlayStation 4 exclusives arriving in the second half of 2015, both Until Dawn and Tearaway Unfolded have gone gold, meaning development is done weeks before their respective release dates:

Developed by Supermassive Games, Until Dawn launches on August 25 in North America and August 26 in Europe. You can check our latest preview of the game over here.
Tearaway Unfolded, which is developed by Media Molecule and is an upgraded version of the PlayStation Vita game, then follows on September 8 in North America and September 9 in Europe.
As for another PS4 exclusive this year, Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, it hasn’t gone gold yet, but it is scheduled to release on October 7 in Europe and October 9 in North America. A playable demo will be available later this summer.
No Man’s Sky, meanwhile, is still slated for 2015 on PS4 and PC, with Hello Games expected to announce a release date soon.
