Sony has just announced a price drop for the PlayStation 4 in Japan. Starting October 1, the console (base model) will be available for ¥34,980 (current ¥39,980 price) .
Does this mean a price drop for the West soon? Time shall tell! Let’s hope for it, and with Paris Games Week and this year’s PlayStation Experience still in play, Sony has the venue to announce it, too.
