Spoiler Alert – Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Ending

The Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 ending is the subject of today’s Spoiler Alert. Black Ops 3’s story is a little bit ambiguous at times, but harbors some deeper meaning and secrets upon replay and closer inspection. At the beginning of this video we see one of the more heart wrenching moments in the game, as your character loses a friend to manipulation by the AI. Shortly after, you find Hendricks and kill him, only to turn the gun on yourself to end the viral AI infection once and for all. Things get a little weird after that, and hard to fully comprehend or explain. Did our character not actually kill themselves? Are they now infected by “Taylor?” Were we just Taylor all along? Did we even exist or was this all just a simulation as hinted at by the second mission of the campaign?
