In their February 2017 Community Update for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Infinity Ward revealed that an update releasing before the 28th will add 360-degree rig rotation to all rig models in the menus, letting you see what your customization looks like from all angles. Additionally, the patch will update the Winner’s Circle so you rigs are carrying the last weapon you used in a match.
Because Infinity Ward needs to extend final testing by a few weeks, the emblem editor won’t be available in February. They’re now aiming for mid-March and are “confident it will be worth the wait.”
Infinity Ward has been “hard at work on a ton of great new content, DLC, fresh game features, and more,” and they’ll be adding in new content “on a regular basis to keep gameplay fresh. Be sure to visit the Quartermaster regularly to see what new items your robot friend has to offer.”
Here’s a list of what else Infinity Ward is doing to Infinite Warfare in the future:
- Adding a new mission team, with its own equipment and gear to chase
- Adding a community poll giving you a say in picking the upcoming weeklong, featured game mode
- Adding new features for scorestreaks, the Quartermaster, and more
- Increasing prestige levels to grant a fresh challenge to our most skilled players
The first DLC pack for Infinite Warfare, Sabotage, is available on PS4 and should come to Xbox One and PC shortly. If Activision follows the same release schedule as Black Ops 3, the next DLC pack should be available in April on PS4.
As Infinity Ward confirmed on Twitter, a new playlist update went live today, adding the Sabotage maps to all playlists.
