Sony ForwardWorks’ First Mobile Game is Everybody’s Golf, Check Out a Trailer

Last year, Sony Computer Entertainment announced that it was setting up a new company called ForwardWorks with the aim of bringing PlayStation games to mobile devices. The company later released a list of titles in the works, the first of which launching on Android and iOS is Everybody’s Golf (aka Hot Shots Golf), it has now been revealed.

You can check out a trailer above.

Pre-registrations for the game are now open. According to a translation by Gematsu, here’s what players will get if the following milestones are achieved:

  • 100,000 pre-registrations – One Avatar Prize Ticket (male / female)
  • 150,000 pre-registrations – One Avatar Prize Ticket (male / female) and 2,000 coins
  • 200,000 pre-registrations – “Exclusive Wear” and 3,000 coins

Reward campaigns are also being run on Line and Twitter, details of which you’ll find via the source link below.

Sony’s Kaz Hirai said last September that the company is “aggressively getting into” mobile gaming. ForwardWorks’ future lineup includes Arc the Lad and Wild Arms.

Everybody’s Golf is launching in Japan. A Western release has yet to be announced.
