The Frozen Wilds expansion for Horizon Zero Dawn is releasing on November 7 for PlayStation 4, Guerrilla Games and Sony Interactive Entertainment announced today.
No new information was given about the expansion today, with Guerrilla’s Jeroen Roding just saying, “Set in icy territories to the north, this new chapter of Aloy’s journey adds a new area to explore, new mysteries to uncover and new, highly lethal machines to take on.”
Roding adds that more information will be shared closer to November 7.
As a reminder, by pre-ordering Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds through the North American PlayStation Store, PlayStation Plus members can save 25% off the $19.99 USD regular price. In Europe, PS+ members can save 10%. Pre-ordering from either region also gets you an exclusive Banuk Aloy PS4 Avatar.
Horizon Zero Dawn has sold more than 3.4 million copies since launch earlier this year, and Sony recently dropped the price to $49.99 USD.
