Sonic Forces is out now, and as is tradition with most newly released titles, Digital Foundry has taken a look under the hood to give us a comparison between the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch versions of the game.
The entire video is worth a watch, but if you want the quick breakdown of it, the general gist of it seems to be that the game eatures no PS4 Pro support, and doesn’t seem to run well on anything other than the standard PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One X. On the PlayStation 4, the game runs at 1080p/60fps, whereas on the Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, the game gets just 720p/60fps and 720p/30fps, respectively. Those aren’t good numbers for modern consoles, but thankfully aren’t indicative of the systems in general.
