Assassin’s Creed Is the Next Video Game to Get the Board Game Treatment

Calling all Assassins! Triton Noir has announced the Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood of Venice board game. It is set to feature all the key pillars of the franchise, from stealth to stabbing, and you may see a familiar face or two. But, it will have to make it through a successful November 2018 Kickstarter first.

Brotherhood of Venice takes place in 1509, between Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood and Assassin’s Creed: Revelations. (Both of these games were remastered in Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection.) A standard campaign is expected to last at least twenty hours, and the game can be played with up to four people.

Triton Noir is partnering with Ubisoft for  Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood of Venice, and some former Ubisoft employees are working on it. It will even feature cameos from some iconic series characters, including Ezio. Miniatures of both Assassins and their enemies will be included, with an Assassin named Alessandra among them.

In case you need more board game adaptations of video games, both Horizon Zero Dawn and Resident Evil 2 projects were funded through Kickstarter. If you have a need for some Assassin’s Creed, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey will release on October 5, 2018.
